SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We have customers all across the globe and have been delivering internationally since 2013. So we can ship you the latest and greatest in vaping, no matter where you are.
PROCESSING
- If you order before 11 AM on a weekday, we’ll process and ship it on the same day.
- If you order after 11 AM, we’ll process it on the same day and ship it the next business day.
- If you order on the weekend, we’ll process and ship it the same day.
In rare situations, like when an order is flagged by our fraud-prevention system, you may experience longer processing times. In these cases, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay.

What Qualifies for Free Shipping?
- Minimum $150 (USA)/$150 (OTHER COUNTRIES) sub-total.
For our US customers, we utilize USPS with tracking & no tracking depending on the region. If your order is over $200 we will ship your order via Tracked Packet, orders over $250 will be shipped via Expedited Parcel USA.
SHIPPING TIMES/DELIVERY STANDARDS
We ship orders every day of the week.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping couriers (USPS, DHL, etc) All delivery standard dates are provided in business days.
Every day we do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. However once the order has left our facility, it’s now in the hands of the courier at this point we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers.
International Shipments
If you live outside of the USA, you may choose a shipping option that is best suitable for you.
All international orders may be subject to customs and brokerage fees. You are responsible for any duties/taxes and additional fees upon arrival in your Country. Furthermore, all buyers must be aware of importation laws in your region. Carts Distro is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, stopped, and/or seized by lawful means in your jurisdiction.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package is unclaimed within a specified time frame at the post office, or several attempted deliveries have failed. Your package will be returned to us. Once this happens you have two options:
- Get your order re-shipped – You will need to pay for the re-shipping of your order, and any fees associated with unclaimed packages such as return shipping costs to us.
- Request an order cancellation/refund – Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, including the original shipping charge. All final sale items will not be refunded, all eligible items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. Furthermore, if Carts Distro incurs a return shipping charge for any unclaimed package, these fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
